مصرللطيران تهنئ تحالف ستار العالمي بمرور ٢٥ عاما علي إنشائه

قدم الطيار عمرو أبوالعينين رئيس مجلس إدارة الشركة القابضة لمصرللطيران التهنئة لإدارة تحالف ستار العالمي الذى يحتفل اليوم بمرور ٢٥ عاما على إنشائه في ١٤ مايو ١٩٩٧ .
وبهذه المناسبة أعرب الطيار عمرو أبوالعينين عن سعادته بإنضمام مصر للطيران الى أكبر تحالف عالمى وهو تحالف ستار والذى ساهم فى توفير خدمات ومزايا متعددة لعملاء مصر للطيران حول العالم ، حيث انضمت الشركة فى عام ٢٠٠٨ لتصبح العضو الحادي والعشرين بالتحالف الذى يضم في عضويته حاليا ٢٦ شركة طيران عالمية تصل بشبكة خطوطها الجوية الي ١٣٠٠ مطار في ١٩٣ دولة حول العالم
وأضاف أبوالعينين أن مصر للطيران تتعاون مع الشركات الأعضاء بالتحالف فى تنفيذ استراتيجية متكاملة لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة فضلا عن الرؤية المستقبلية لتحسين وتطوير الخدمات المشتركة التى تقدمها الشركات الأعضاء للمسافرين من خلال التوسع فى استخدام “التقنيات الرقمية” بما يحقق تميزا كبيرا وتأثيرا إيجابيا من خلال التفاعل المباشر بين الراكب وشركة الطيران .
ومن جانبه أكد جيفرى جوه الرئيس التنفيذي لتحالف ستار العالمي أن الشعار الجديد لتحالف ستار بمناسبة مرور ٢٥ عاما على إنشائه وهو “معا نتواصل بشكل أفضل” سيدفع شركاته دائما لتقديم المزيد من الخدمات في المستقبل حيث يستند التحالف علي بنية تحتية قوية من تكنولوجيا المعلومات إلى جانب القيام بالعديد من المراجعات التي تهدف دائما إلى جعل العميل هو المحور الرئيسى لاهتمام شركات التحالف وهذا ماجعله يفوز عدة مرات بجائزة ” أفضل تحالف لشركات الطيران في العالم.
وأضاف قائلا إنه سعيد بالإبتكارات التي يقدمها تحالف ستار متمنيا أن يكون هو أكثر التحالفات العالمية المتطورة “رقميا ” والتي تقدم خبرات سفر ممتعة ومريحة لكل مسافرى شركات الطيران الأعضاء بالتحالف .
وأوضح جيفرى جوه أن ما تحقق من نجاح في الجمع بين شركات الطيران الرائدة علي مستوى العالم مع الاستمرار في أن يكون العميل دائما هو محور الاهتمام الرئيسي لدى التحالف في رؤيته المستقبلية هو أمر يستحق الإمعان والتقدير .

EGYPTAIR congratulates Star Alliance on the occasion of its 25th anniversary as the world’s first and leading airline alliance
Capt.Amr Abu El-Enein, Chairman and CEO of EGYPTAIR Holding Company congratulated Star Alliance management on the occasion of its 25th anniversary (Founded on May 14 ,1997)
“We are delighted that we are A Star Alliance Member since 2008 as we have become the member No. 21 in the Alliance family that currently includes 26 international airlines that reach 1300 points in 193 countries around the world. Being a member in the Alliance provides many services and benefits to EGYPTAIR customers around the world” said Abu El-Enein.
